MEET KELLY MAYHEW
Kelly is a life-long resident of West Virginia with extended family throughout the area served by Compass. Her two children attended Morgantown area schools and are now both attending West Virginia colleges. She and her husband recently acquired a farm in the Halleck area, renovated the small farmhouse, and now care for horses and other livestock on the property. She is familiar with the needs of rural property buyers and sellers, and she is not afraid of hard work.
Kelly obtained her undergraduate degree from WVU in 1995 and her law degree from the WVU College of Law in 2005. After several years working in real estate title for a large law firm in Morgantown, she left the firm to begin a solo practice, specializing in mineral title. Her experience with complex title issues provides extra insight in navigating real estate transactions. As a realtor, Kelly specializes in REO properties and is ready to work with investors to find their next project.
