MICHELLE OATES DUDA
REALTOR®, ABR, GRI, GREEN
As a lifelong resident of Morgantown, WV, Michelle possesses a unique and in-depth knowledge of the Morgantown community. She raised two children in the local school system and has been involved in many community and charitable organizations around town. The relationships and connections she has fostered over the years will be a very valuable asset to those new to our area.
Michelle earned Master and Undergraduate degrees in Accounting from West Virginia University. She has worked in numerous sectors of industry including banking, higher education, property management, homeowner association management and regulation, small business creation, and most recently, with Greyhouse, a local interior design firm. Her passion and eye for design and construction, combined with her business and banking experience, will provide buyers and sellers with a distinctive view of their real estate options.
Michelle's strong communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills will be beneficial to her clients as they move through any real estate transaction. She is a self-starter and motivated individual who will work tirelessly for the interests of her clients, by providing unique, personalized service, not a "one size fits all approach". This is also the design of Compass Realty Group. A custom agency providing premier services including a concierge app, VIP design services, professional photography and virtual technology, and beautiful marketing. Compass works directly with an outside marketing company that brands exclusively for real estate.
Most importantly, Michelle believes in giving back to her community. Working for Compass has allowed her to incorporate this giving into her business. Through their "Day of Hope", Compass provides requested needs to patients of West Virginia University Children's Hospital on a quarterly basis. In addition, Michelle will personally donate 10% of her commission directly to West Virginia University Children's Hospital. Compass is also a proud partner of Agent's for Academic Scholarship Program with West Virginia University.
